A number of integrators have their own R&D capabilities and provide dedicated products with unique features for customers in vertical markets. We are happy to provide service to those partners with Joint Development Manufacturer (JDM). It is built upon collaboration from the beginning to the end and we together create new specialized items for clients.
Warranty
We trust our capabilities of R&D, manufacturing and quality control.
We seriously promise you that all of our PTZ cameras have 3 years warranty since they reach you and under circumstances they are mounted in an appropriate way especially with stable power supply.
You only pay for one way freight and we pay for the rest including the return when the warranty is confirmed.
